Pricing and Guidelines
Individual Room Rates
Individual rooms may be booked at the rate of $90/night on the weekend (Friday-Sunday) and $70/night on weekdays (Monday-Thursday).
House Rental Rates
The entire house may be rented for a truly private stay! There is a two night minimum at $325/night on the weekend (Friday-Sunday) and $250/night on weekdays (Monday-Thursday).
Special Event Rates
Host your next event at the Belmont Inn B&B! It provides an elegant and cozy setting for many social gatherings, including: weddings, bridal and baby showers, family reunions, birthday parties, sorority functions, Red Hat Society gatherings, retirement parties, Bible study groups, as well as many other special social events!
The lower level accommodates up to 30 people, and the sizable yard lends itself well to outdoor functions. Bedrooms may not be accessed during these times.
Your special event will shine at the Belmont Inn B&B! There is a starting time allotment of two hours at the cost of $50, with the option to add additional time at $25/hour. Event times should scheduled in advance with the Belmont Inn to ensure overnight guests are also accommodated appropriately.
We understand you may want to decorate for your special event, but please only use painters tape to hang decorations on our walls so they are not damaged. No nails may be added and please do not take down wall hangings. Prior approval of moving any furniture is required to ensure our antiques maintain their beautiful condition.
Pets are not allowed and please no smoking indoors. This is an adult only establishment as antiques and children rarely coexist well. Thank you for your understanding!
